When you invest in a new roof, you want to know it’s going to last. Recently, a homeowner found us through a Google search and reached out for an inspection, concerned about the state of their aging roof. Upon inspection, we confirmed that their existing shingles were over 20 years old.

The Goal: Longevity and Durability

The homeowner was clear about their priority: they wanted a roofing system that was going to “stand the test of time”. They weren’t looking for a temporary fix; they wanted a long-term solution.

The Solution: CertainTeed NorthGate ClimateFlex

After walking the customer through their options, we recommended the CertainTeed NorthGate ClimateFlex shingle. This is a Class 4 impact-resistant shingle, designed specifically to handle harsh weather and provide superior durability compared to standard shingles.

To ensure complete peace of mind, we paired this premium product with a 50-year non-prorated, transferable, 4-Star SureStart warranty. Once the homeowner understood the value of this comprehensive system and warranty, they were ready to move forward.

A Smooth Installation

This was a sizable project, but our team was up to the task. We completed the entire installation in just two and a half days. The process went smoothly with no hiccups, leaving the customer with a beautiful new roof built to last for decades.
