Buying a home is always a significant milestone, but it’s even more special when the property stays in the family. Recently, a customer reached out to us because he was in the process of buying his mother’s house . He realized the home’s existing roof needed to be replaced, and after finding us on Google, he called us to help .

The Inspection and Consultation

Upon visiting the property, we conducted a full inspection and discussed the project details with the homeowner . Due to the age of the roof and the condition of the shingles, we determined that a full replacement was necessary .

We sat down with the homeowner to present a proposal that detailed our findings . To ensure they had the right fit for their needs and budget, we presented a “Good, Better, Best” selection, offering CertainTeed Landmark, Landmark Pro, or NorthGate shingles .

A Stunning Transformation

For this project, the homeowner selected the Landmark Pro shingles in the color Colonial Slate . The result looks absolutely incredible .

One-Day Installation and Immaculate Cleanup

Our team worked efficiently to knock out this project in just one day . Jeff, our production manager, was on-site to oversee the process and ensure attention was paid to every detail .

We take pride in leaving a job site cleaner than we found it. We ensured all nails and garbage were picked up, so it looked like we were never even there, the only difference being the beautiful new roof .
