W177N5042 Roseway Avenue Menomonee Falls, WI 53051

This Menomonee Falls homeowner was in need of a new roof. His old roof was at the end of its life and starting to have issues. A needed roof replacement also offers opportunities for upgrades, and this homeowner was interested in a larger gutter system for his roof.

This project involved a full, complete tear-off. Every shingle was replaced with new, Landmark Pro shingles by CertainTeed! In addition to a new roof, we also uninstalled some old satellite dishes per the owners request that weren’t needed anymore. Not only were new, bigger gutters installed; we also improved the down-spout system for better drainage.

This Menomonee Falls homeowner was thrilled to not only get a new roof, but also upgrade the drainage system and remove old satellite equipment. A New Roof means new opportunities, and this customer is happy with both!
