TJ Maxx 17460 W Bluemound Rd. Brookfield, WI 53045

When managing a commercial renovation, logistical hurdles often pop up where you least expect them. We recently had the opportunity to assist a local TJ Maxx in Brookfield Wisconsin with one such issue they were having.

This project highlights the creative problem-solving and long-term support we provide for our commercial partners.

The Challenge: No Way Up

TJ Maxx was working with a contractor tasked with installing a new neon sign on the exterior of the TJ Maxx building in Brookfield. However, they quickly realized they had a significant access problem: the area where the work needed to be done did not have a door.

To get the job done, they needed a new entry point. The options came down to installing a roof hatch or cutting in a full door to provide the necessary access.

The Solution: Custom Door Installation

TJ Maxx reached out to New Roofs Inc to solve this dilemma. After assessing the building’s needs, our team decided the best course of action was to install a new access door.

We managed the installation from start to finish. As seen in the project video, we transformed a blank wall into a fully functional access point, allowing the remodeling crew to proceed with the sign installation safely and efficiently.

Going the Extra Mile: Long-Term Maintenance

For us, commercial roofing services go beyond just the installation. We want to ensure the property remains protected long after we leave the job site.

For this TJ Maxx project, we included a two-year maintenance package. This allows us to keep a close eye on the roof as the building progresses and ensures that the new installation performs perfectly over time.
