It is always a compliment when a new project begins with a referral. We recently headed out to Waterloo, Wisconsin, to meet a homeowner who originally reached out for a simple roof estimate. However, once we got on-site for the inspection, the conversation naturally evolved into a much larger vision for the home’s exterior.

Comprehensive Exterior Upgrades

While we initially provided a roof estimate, the customer was also interested in updating his siding and gutters. He decided to move forward with a full-scale renovation to give the home a fresh, cohesive look.

The project specifications included:

• Siding: We removed the existing double 5″ Dutch lap siding and replaced it with brand-new vinyl 5″ double Dutch lap siding.

• Premium Materials: The homeowner chose Cedar Knolls by Norandex in the striking, special-order color “Myrtle”.

• Roofing: We installed CertainTeed Landmark Pro shingles, backed by a 50-year non-prorated, four-star warranty.

• Gutters & Trim: To finish the look, we replaced the soffit and fascia, then installed beautiful seamless gutters that perfectly match the new trim.

Efficiency Through Teamwork

A project of this scale, covering the roof, siding, gutters, soffit, and fascia, might seem daunting, but our team had it down to a science. By scheduling our installers “back-to-back-to-back,” we were able to have different crews working in conjunction with one another.

Thanks to this streamlined process, the entire transformation took only about a week to a week and a half to complete.

A Five-Star Result

The result was a “complete transformation” that left the house looking brand new. More importantly, the customers were incredibly happy with the experience. Not only did they leave us a five-star Google review, but they also sent us a beautiful, handwritten thank-you card.

It’s projects like these, where quality materials and efficient teamwork come together, that remind us why we do what we do.
