Managing a commercial property comes with a unique set of challenges, especially when that property is part of a condo association. We recently had the privilege of managing a large-scale project for a business condo association, where each individual building housed a different business.

Winning the Board’s Trust

This project required a high level of trust and professionalism. We had to present our proposal in front of the condo board and were proud to be approved over several other contractors vying for the job.

Navigating the Insurance Claim

The project began when we provided a free inspection and identified significant damage to the roofs caused by wind and hail. We initiated the claim for the association and walked them through the entire insurance process to ensure the damage was covered.

The Project Scope

Once awarded the bid, our team got to work on a substantial project consisting of eight separate buildings. The scope of work included a complete replacement of both the roofs and the gutters across the complex.

For the roofing material, we installed CertainTeed Landmark shingles, ensuring durable, long-lasting protection for these businesses.
