At New Roofs Inc., we take pride in long-term relationships with our clients. One of our clients has trusted us for over ten years with roofing, siding, gutters, and other exterior projects. While we hadn’t previously worked on one of their stucco buildings because the roof and gutters were in good shape, we keep all of their properties in our CRM system to stay on top of potential needs.

When a recent hailstorm swept through the area, our team used storm mapping combined with our CRM to identify which of our clients’ properties were affected. We quickly reached out to schedule a roof assessment, even for buildings we hadn’t recently serviced. Upon inspection, we discovered significant wind damage, including shingle blow-off, as well as hail damage. Thanks to our proactive approach, the client was able to file a claim with their insurance company, which approved a new roof and gutters for the building.

This particular roof had a lower pitch, so we applied ice and water shield across the entire surface to ensure lasting protection. Small details like these make a big difference in roof durability.
