When it comes to roofing, timing is everything. One of our recent customers learned this firsthand when their insurance company reached out to let them know that, due to the age of their roof, it was time for a replacement to maintain coverage. That’s when they contacted us for an inspection, and it turned out their roof really was at the end of its life.

Because we act quickly, we were able to provide a detailed quote within 24 hours and get the project started shortly after. This homeowner opted for a Certainty Landmark Pro shingle, and we went the extra mile to ensure a long-lasting, worry-free roof. We upgraded their ice and water protection from three feet to six feet up the eaves, detached and reset gutters, waterproofed the deck, and performed a full inspection to make sure everything was tight and secure.

Now, this customer enjoys a 50-year non-prorated manufacturer’s warranty from CertainTeed and a 10-year craftsmanship warranty from New Roofs Inc. With their new roof in place, they can rest easy knowing they won’t have to worry about replacements for decades.
