2323 Patrick Ln Waukesha, WI 53188

This Waukesha homeowner approached us about a roof replacement for his residential property, including his house and garage. His roof was 20+ years old, due for a replacement! In addition to the roof replacement, the homeowner also wanted a gutter system on the back of his garage.

This customer chose a class 4 shingle by NorthGate, a huge upgrade from the last roof! The shingle this customer chose is more hail resistant than what they had previously, and adds potential savings on their homeowners insurance. This shingle also comes with a 50 year manufacturers warranty, and a 10 year craftsmanship warranty for their Waukesha home!

This customer was left satisfied with their new roof, and peace of mind that comes with their new roof installation and warranties.
