Roof Replacement & Gutter Upgrade in Wauwatosa, WI
đź“Ť2130 N 84th St, Wauwatosa, WI
These Waukesha County homeowners found us after spotting our branded New Roofs Inc. trucks in their neighborhood. Concerned about visible water leaks and interior damage, they contacted our team for a professional roof inspection.
Our assessment revealed extensive water intrusion and multiple failure points in the roofing system and gutters. We performed a full tear-off of the existing roof and replaced damaged decking as needed. Our crew also rebuilt the chimney flashing with precision-bent custom metal to ensure long-term protection against moisture infiltration.
To further improve drainage, we upgraded their aging 5-inch gutters to new 6-inch seamless aluminum gutters and larger downspouts,
dramatically enhancing water flow and reducing the risk of overflow.
The new roofing system features CertainTeed Landmark® shingles backed by a 50-year non-prorated manufacturer’s warranty, available exclusively through certified CertainTeed roofing contractors like New Roofs Inc.
If you’re in need of residential roof replacement, chimney flashing repair, or gutter upgrades in Waukesha or the surrounding areas, trust the local experts who show up fast and get the job done right the first time!
