Project Spotlight: 100,000 Sq. Ft. Flat Roof Replacement

New Roofs Inc recently completed a full flat roof replacement on a 100,000 square foot commercial building in Waukesha, Wisconsin. This project showcases the scale and quality of commercial roofing work we provide throughout the Waukesha area and surrounding communities.
The existing ballasted roof system was fully removed, including over 22,000 pounds of rock. After the tear-off, we installed 1.5 inches of ISO insulation, adding an R-value of 8.6 to improve the building’s energy performance.
We then installed a mechanically fastened 60 mil TPO Mule-Hide roof system, selected for its long-term durability and efficiency. The entire project was completed in just three weeks and was inspected by the roofing manufacturer, who awarded it a 20-year labor and material warranty. His exact words were “this is one of the most beautiful roofs I have ever seen installed. You guys did an amazing job!”
