Project Spotlight: Roof Replacement Project – Culligan Building

📍1801 pewaukee rd. waukesha 53188
New Roofs Inc completed a full roof replacement at the Culligan building located at 1801 Pewaukee Road in Waukesha, Wisconsin. This project was the result of a long-standing client relationship that began several years ago when the building owner first reached out to report a leak.
After providing maintenance and service on the existing roof for two to three years, the owner was ready to invest in a complete replacement. We began by removing the existing ballast rock system and overlaying the original rubber membrane with 1.5 inches of ISO insulation, adding an R-value of 8.6 to improve the building’s thermal performance.
We then installed a fully adhered EPDM rubber roof system, known for its flexibility and resistance to weathering. The project also included new metal trim work, and the completed system was inspected and certified by the manufacturer, Mule-Hide.
Following inspection, the roof was issued a 20-year labor and material warranty, providing long-term peace of mind and protection for the building owner.
This project highlights New Roofs Inc’s continued commitment to quality roofing solutions and customer service throughout the Waukesha area.
