Project Highlight: Multi-Family Exterior Transformation

New Roofs Inc recently completed a full exterior renovation at 12 Dempsey Road, a multi-family property owned by a long-time client with an extensive real estate portfolio throughout the Madison, Wisconsin area. We originally installed a new asphalt shingle roof on this building several years ago. This time, our work focused on a complete siding and exterior upgrade.
We installed dark blue vinyl siding for a bold, modern look, enhanced with James Hardie trim around all windows, doors, and corners for long-lasting durability and curb appeal. To finish the transformation, we rebuilt the decks using composite decking and added a new aluminum rail system, delivering both safety and style.
This project is a great example of our ability to handle complex, multi-trade scopes for multi-family roofing and exterior renovation clients across Dane County and the greater Madison area.
