107 4th Street Waukesha, WI 53188

This Waukesha homeowner recently purchased this home and needed the roof inspected. There was some recent work done on the home, including the roof area, so the homeowner wanted to get this inspected. We showed up for a free inspection. Upon inspection, in addition to needing new shingles, the roof lacked roof to wall flashing.

As we got into the project, we found that some decking needed to be replaced. This would have been missed had the homeowner chose to put this roof project off, potentially damaging the home with a combination of worn out shingles and a bad deck.

This Waukesha homeowner couldn’t be happier with their new roof, and with the peace of mind provided by our expert installation.
